Hope Helene Malgas

Ms Malgas is the Chairperson of the Basic Education Portfolio Committee, and has also served on the Committees for Women, Children, Youth and Persons with Disabilities, Social Development, and International Relations. She was a teacher before she became a Member of Parliament. As a teacher, she was involved in sport, serving as a referee for field events on a national and international level.
