Raubex Group Limited is an investment holding company with interests in the road construction, rehabilitation and associated
infrastructure development sectors including the supply of aggregates to the construction industry. During the year the company
expanded its construction interests and established a new infrastructure division which will focus on construction disciplines outside
of the road construction sector, including energy, rail, telecommunications, pipe-line and housing infrastructure. The company does
not trade and all of its activities are undertaken through a number of subsidiaries and joint ventures.
